First of all, you are worthy and you are capable of anything you set your mind to. I know, you hear that all the time and maybe it just doesn’t seem to mean that much to you. But it’s real and it’s true. Some days are harder than others when it comes to keeping your head up and this is normal. We all have those days where it just seems hopeless. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is you need to feel and then, look at yourself in the mirror and say (out loud) “I’m AWESOME!!” Just like that. As loud as you want. It will make you feel better almost instantly. I promise. 🙂
Don’t focus on negative thoughts or ideas about yourself or whatever it is you’re doing. Focus on all of the amazing things about who you are, your special skills or talents, even if it seems small or simple.
When faced with a challenge, look at it as an adventure, or a great opportunity to learn something new or learn something new about yourself!
And most of all, surround yourself with people who love you and believe in you, even when you are having a hard time believing in yourself. I have found that the positive reinforcement I get from my family and friends are just what I need to get me over whatever slump I’m feeling.
