European Teens Show U.S. SERIOUS Fashion, Fun with Legwear!

I hate to say it but, the teens in America will never be as vogue as the ones in the rest of the world.  For what ever reason, the girls in UK and Europe are quite the style mavens. Here, I have found some girls under age 19 who make me feel like a real fashion schlump.  I have picked the category “Legwear and Leggings”, because it’s just so near and dear to my heart.
