Mama June went from 460 Pounds to a Size 4 [photo]

According to insiders on E! Mama June Shannon (from ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’) has dropped over 460 lbs from her gastric sleeve surgery. What this means is: She’s gone from a size 28 to a size 4.  You read that right, a size 4.

Mama June has gone through a complete makeover after undergoing her surgeries and working out regularly. But since the reality star is in hiding until her new show From Not to Hot premiering Friday, Feb. 24, her daughters Alana (aka Honey Boo Boo) and Lauryn (aka Pumpkin) are giving us little tidbits of her dramatic weight loss.

“Mama” June Shannon got work done on her stomach, breasts, chin and arms to alleviate the extra skin that occurs from extreme and rapid weight loss. Mama June’s weight-loss efforts are being documented on WeTV’s “Mama June: From Not to Hot,” debuting this Friday (24th Feb.).
