Launched in 2010, the Girls Tween Fashion blog has grown into one of the biggest influencers for Girls, Tweens and Pre-Teens. Most of the visitors are from USA and Canada, but GTF has garnered a worldwide audience of women and girls looking for the latest in fashion trends, hairstyles, beauty products as well as product reviews, brand launches, how-to’s, inspiration and celebrity talk (ok, a little gossip).
Girls Tween Fashion isn’t like a Mommy Blog, there are plenty of those. Ava likes to think of herself as more of the fun, cool Aunt Blogger.
Girls Tween Fashion was initially started by Ava, a fashion designer in Texas who had just launched her own collection of girls and tween apparel. She utilized her blog platform as a means to spread the word about her brand. It wasn’t long before her brand was not only seen by tons of girls, moms and boutiques nationwide, but her content covering the Tween fashion market was being seen and read, too. She started getting emails from other tween brands requesting collabs, product launches, reviews, fashion show coverage, blog content writing and editorial for their brand. Fast forward a few years and Ava became a Blogger Influencer for the Tween and Teen market (it was kind of a happy accident).
While she works full time with her fashion design career, and as a social media and content producer for Pitchy Media, she does find time to write for her blog and create her favorite Top Best Brands and Stores lists every year for her audience. Her blog covers everything from tween influencers, celebrities, tween and teenage issues, health and growing into an adult, periods, books, beauty, makeup, fashion, trends, new brands and more!
